Shipping Policy

We’ve partnered with Primetime Express to deliver our products across South Africa and we trust them implicitly. If your delivery falls within the Johannesburg area we’ll send our driver will deliver. Our driver delivers in our 1701 Luxury branded vehicle, which is temperature controlled to ensure the quality of your delivery.

We offer 3 options for shipping:

Option 1: FREE SHIPPING

  • You spend over R1000 on an order, or

  • Your delivery address is within 10km of our head office in Johannesburg.

  • Deliveries will take 1-2 working days.

  • No weekend deliveries.

Option 2: STANDARD ROAD FREIGHT

  • If your delivery address is further than 10km from our head office, we will charge standard delivery rates as defined by Primetime Logistics.

  • Should your address be in Johannesburg, you can expect our driver, to deliver your product in our own vehicle.

  • All other deliveries will be made by Primetime Logistics.

  • Deliveries will take 2-3 working days.

  • Of course, if you spend over R1000 on your order, shipping is free. No matter where you are in South Africa.

  • No weekend deliveries.

Option 3: OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE

If you need your delivery as quickly as possible, then this is the option for you.

  • If you order before 11am between Monday and Thursday, we can have your delivery at your door the next working day.

  • If an order is made later than 11am, your delivery will only leave our head office the following working day.

  • Please note: This delivery option will incur additional fees. Even if you qualify for free shipping by spending over R1000, you will need to pay extra for overnight delivery.

  • No weekend deliveries.
