Refund Policy

1701 Nougat and Hampers (Pty) Ltd Refund Policy

We operate a 7 day return policy on all our hat boxes. If you buy a hat box and you’re unhappy with it, you have 7 days after receiving your item in which to request a return. Sadly, we do not offer returns on our confectionery, unless you find something entirely wrong with the product. If so, it would need to be returned to us for inspection at your cost.

To process a return, we’ll need to receive our product in its original packaging. There is no need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at shop@1701luxury.com with a description of what is wrong and some pictures. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for our courier to collect the item(s) from you at the original address where the parcel was received. We will cover the shipping costs for returns.

Damages and Issues

We pride ourselves in delivering our products in the best shape possible. Please inspect your order when it is delivered to you and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or you’ve received the wrong item. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds and Exchanges

Once we’ve received your return and inspected it, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved or not. If it has been, you can decide if you’d rather receive a replacement item or a refund. If you choose the refund option, we’ll refund the same card you made the purchase with. Please be aware that refunds can take a few days to reflect in your account.
